This partner-assisted healing practice unwinds the body’s tension through a combination dynamic active-muscle stretching, flowing massage, and stimulation of energy lines to create profound layers of opening. Unwinding the body is a dance of receiving and offering created through intentional touch. This work creates dramatic changes in the biomechanical function of the body and relaxation of the nervous system.
